Terms and Conditions of Sale – SporTeam Connect
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “Terms”) govern all commercial transactions and subscription services provided through the SporTeam Connect mobile application.
By using the platform, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
2. Use of the Service
Access to and use of SporTeam Connect are restricted to professional users aged 18 or over (clubs, academies, coaches, and sports organizations).
By registering, users agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to comply with applicable laws and regulations when using the platform.
3. Orders and Subscriptions
Certain features of the platform may be available only through a paid subscription plan.
Placing an order or activating a subscription constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.
Subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan (monthly or annual) and are automatically renewed unless canceled by the user before the renewal date.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR), inclusive of all applicable taxes (TTC).
Payments are processed online via secure third-party payment gateways integrated into the application.
In the event of non-payment, SporTeam Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate the user’s access to paid features without prior notice.
5. Cancellation and Termination
According to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply once a digital service has been fully delivered or activated.
Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account settings.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
6. Intellectual Property
All content available within the application—including the interface, logo, source code, text, graphics, and media—is protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation without prior written consent from SporTeam Connect is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability
SporTeam Connect acts solely as a facilitation and matchmaking platform between sports organizations.
The company is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, or outcome of matches or for any interactions between users.
Each user remains fully responsible for their own commitments, conduct, and published information.
8. Personal Data
All personal data collected during the use of the platform are processed in accordance with the SporTeam Connect Privacy Policy, available within the application and on the official website.
Data are collected solely for operational and administrative purposes and are never sold to third parties.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the SporTeam Connect registered office shall have exclusive authority to resolve the matter.
